The project story
This commercial bathroom had a worn white floor coating before the work began. The project photographs then show the exposed/prepared floor with drains protected, followed by the finished black-and-white full-flake surface around the toilet and mop sink.
The sequence matters because it shows the project as more than a color change: existing condition, preparation and finished surface are all visible in the same documented job.
Why this system fit the space
A utility bathroom is a working environment, so the floor has to be considered around cleaning, wet use, edges, drains and serviceability as well as appearance. The black-and-white flake direction gives the compact room a finished, consistent field while retaining a practical visual texture.
