Information you provide

When you submit a project request or contact DCOSL, you may provide contact information, project location information, project details, photos, measurements and other information needed to understand your request.

How project information is used

Project information is used to review your request, communicate with you about the project, determine appropriate next steps, prepare estimates or proposals where appropriate, and operate the customer relationship.

Website analytics

The website may use non-sensitive page and funnel analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Project photos, message contents, phone numbers, email addresses and other directly identifying project information are not intentionally sent to analytics.

Submission storage

A project request may be stored privately while delivery is pending. Completed website delivery records are retained for up to 30 days by default; project records in our business and communication systems may be retained for the customer relationship.

Text messages

If you give DCOSL a mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your project, such as scheduling and follow-up questions. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing

DCOSL does not publish customer project information from a submission simply because it was submitted. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, communications, file storage, lead delivery or business systems.
